Gift Wrapping and Gift Cards

Federico’s Design Jewelers is pleased to offer complimentary gift wrapping with your purchase, as well as a gift card if you desire. Our signature gift-wrap is elegant and is suitable for any occasion. If you are placing your order by telephone and would like us to include a personalized gift card with your order, please let your sales associate know. Your message will be hand-written by your associate and included with your beautifully-wrapped gift. There is no charge for this service.

Pricing Policy

At Federico’s Design Jewelers, our goal is to bring you the highest quality in fine jewelry, timepieces and giftware, together with excellent value. We invite you to contact us so that one of our highly-trained associates may assist you with your inquiry or purchase. Due to market fluctuations, we are unable to guarantee the price of some special orders and out-of-stock items. If the price of an item is different from the last advertised price, we will contact you for your approval before proceeding with the transaction.

Payment

Federico’s Design Jewelers is pleased to accept the GE Luxury credit card, as well as MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards.

Return Policy

Most items purchased from Federico’s Design Jewelers may be returned in their original condition and packaging, for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. Items may either be mailed back to us or brought into our store. Your refund will be credited to your credit card. Certain items, however, may not be returned:

• Personalized items (i.e. initial rings, name bracelets, engraved or monogrammed items)
• Special Orders (items that must be ordered in a special size or items that we do not normally stock).
• Watches may only be returned if they are unworn and returned in their original packaging, with all original documentation enclosed.
• Custom-designed jewelry pieces.
• Please insure your return package against loss in transit. Federico’s Design Jewelers can not take responsibility for lost packages, or for receiving packages that are damaged while in transit.
